Fever of 99.1
On June 4, 2020, at around 4 am early morning severe, unbearable right upper quadrant pain started... Took meftal spas, had hot water, took gelusil... The pain didn't subside... so took cyclopam... But the pain didn't decrease and it was unbearable, then went to doctor, he gave zanocin oz, nutrolin bplus, esoz d 40 and cyclopam... But there was no fever
But today at around 8:30 pm had a fever of 99.1
Can i know what the problem is.
This is the fourth time this type of pain my husband is getting.
The first one around six months back
Second one around thee months back
Third time about 15 days back
Yesterday was the fourth time
Why this fever

It can be Gall stones, try to consult a surgeon nearby, in person and get an ultrasound scan with an Endoscopy done( if available).

Have low fat diet, avoid oily food, nonveg, spicy food
