Check for accuracy of temperature measurement, change the thermometer and record. Give plenty of fluids. Discontinue any drug using for a week, and recheck temperature and plot it. Mild to moderate rise of temperature off and on could be due to UTI get the urine tested. And consult with the temperature pattern plotted over three days. Ok.
