  4. Fever on 3 year old. His pediatrician?

Fever on 3 year old
3 year old kid running fever since morning. No other symptom. He is eating okay and having wet diapers. With medicine it's coming down. Then shooting up. How long should I wait to take an appointment with his pediatrician?

Wait for 2 more days if fever responding to paracetamol n child is playful n active in afebrile period
