  4. Fever on and off but low grade for 3 day

Fever on and off but low grade for 3 day
Fever of 102 at start , then drops to 100 despite pcm ,it was normal for few hours , now i also have chest infection alot of mucous production , no rash no aches no swollen lymph nodes . Can you tell me the diagnosis . Is it a dengue or flu or a bacterial infection
