My son age 1 year 6 months Weight 11 kg Having cold and cough from 4 days Using kufril and montiscop syrups The problem Having high fever only night 2 am using fepanil then fever come down .. Day time playing no fever.. Only night fever ...is it normal or any viral fever or anything else. Please suggest...
