Fever regards
My 11 months old baby girl is suffering from mild fever from last two days...we are giving her paracetamol but after sometime fever again comes...why so? She is not eating anything. I think she is peeing also a little but less than usual. No other symptoms...what to do? She is feeling sleepy also.

She is having Urine infection

Get her Urine Rm and CS done from good lab

Labs are open get it done , after lockdown opens it will become even more difficult to get urine test

You are saying she is sleepy and peeing less these are signs of dehydration give her more fluids and electral sachet. If the baby is not active consult a paediatrician immediately

Yeah fever recurs till 4-5 days . During frst 3 days it's even more . Give Paracetmol 6th hrly and give tepid sponging . * Their appetite decrease during fever. Try giving liquids like fruit juices and easily digestable fud. * Try giving ur daughter little excess liquids , it relieves urine prblm
