Hi doctor ny bay had fever of 102 degree but there is no fever now after 3 days..but now i am noticing several behavioural changes in her like she is irritated crying at things always want to breastfeed and sleep ..is this normal

Need not worry if fever is not there
Give plenty of fluids/rest....
1-2 extra doses of paracetamol will help as child is having viral associated malaise and will relax with paracetamol...
