You don't need to get hospitalised.
Don't worry.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Drink plenty of fluids and ORS.
Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily.
Check daily your platelet count and PCV .
No need of antibiotics usually. Take antibiotics only on Doctor's recommendation.
