Fever since 3 days, bitter tongue

My wife has mild internal fever, mild sweating, bitter tongue, body pain and weakness. These all issues are since last 3 days.

Helo Well these are all signs of viral fever ., we’ll go for complete blood test on the 4 th day . Also do your urine routine too.. Take plenty of water and take complete bed rest . Also add on fruits na ll into your diet Hope it’s useful ☺️
