  4. Fever since 3 days. My 1year old baby?

Fever since 3 days
Hi my widal report S. Typhi 'o' reactive in 1:320 Dil. S. Typhi 'H' reactive in 1:160 Dil. S. Para typhi 'Ah' reactive in 1:80 Dil S. Para typhi 'BH' reactive in 1:80 Dil. Please let me know wether it is dangerous and also can I give breastfeeding to my 1year old baby? And I'm using paracetamol sustained release tablets along with Levofloxacin tablets ip 500mg So please help me with this is it ok or else to take some other medicine
