Hello, my son is a month short of 3 years.. he has a temperature of 102.8 sincw 2 days he's on Meftal P 5 ml for every 4 hours but fever is not coming down what will be the cause

Dear parents,        Your child is suffering from Pyrexia.     Give syp Azithromycin100mg one teaspoon ful once a day for 5 days.      2,syp. WIKORYL ONE teaspoon ful three a day for 5 days.     3 syp.  Duoflam kid ONE teaspoon ful three a day for 5. Days.
