Fever since last 3 days
I have been suffering from normal fever since last three days, no other symptoms.i have been  taking SUMO tablets, fever goes and again comes . Yesterday i have taken ALKACITROL liquid for burning sensation in urinary tract and  while urinatiing .

Burning micturition in males is not that common. it can be a sign of upper urinary tract infection or can be due to kidney stone!.
Next Steps
you need to do some tests like cbc, urine routine examination and culture. we will decide about usg( if needed) after these reports.

You have urinary tract infections and it's developed some inflammatory marker in your body so you need proper treatment

It is uncommon for males to develop urine tract infections...better to check your urine once...and sugars as well...take symptomatic treatment for now...meets further evaluation if fever persists
