instead of antibiotics, boost your immune system 1. high doses of vitamin c ( 500mg TID) 2. vitamin d ( 6000 iu per day with magnesium and zinc) 3. turmeric ( 2 spoon morning and 2 in evening in warm water)

I cant give medicine details on this medium as this is a public platform and it's against the rules. Remedies that you can follow are:
- Avoid cold food and water, preferably have hot food and water
- Don't skip meals have a liquid diet containing soups and progressively increase to solid diet as per how you can tolerate.
- Have food rich in vitamin C such as oranges to help build immunity.
- Drink plenty of fluids, drink 3 liters of water per day
- Do salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day
- Do steam inhalation (plain steam) thrice a day
- Rest plenty
