Fever, stomach and unrine problem
Hi my skn is 5years 10months old he had kidney problem.so getting regularly fever and his unrine colors change browm. Doctor medice and labs test for it . the clinical diagnosis mild left hydronephrosis has done the result (IMPRESSION) Normal right kidney.
Well functioning left kidney with normal cortical transit & mildly prolonged but satisfactory drainage via dilated collecting system.
I have question that is compulsory to do surgery for it. Please suggest me.

Not compulsory,depends on regular follow up, whether function stable, deteriorating or improving.
Management of other problems like urinary tract infection satisfactory or not.
Consult a urologist in the locality for evaluation & follow up
