Sir this is sore throat or upper respiratory tract infection. Mostly it has a viral cause. Take allegra/ cetrizine and do warm saline gargles

Mostly all URTIs are viral, only need conservative management. Take good analgesic with anti-inflammatory drug (Serratiopeptidase) and anti allergic medication. Gargles and steam ll help a lot.

Fever with throat irritation, it could be upper respiratory tract infection. You can go to a physician to check out if it requires antibiotics or just conservative management.
