Fever,weight loss,night sweating,fatigue
I am a 28 yr Old Male. I am suffering from persistent fever, fatigue, night sweating and unintentional weight loss since July 17. i have lost 7 kg since July without trying. My pet ct scan shows some enlarged nodes in neck region measuring 0.8 cm and few nodes in ileocecal junction measuring 1 cm each. 1 node in spleen 1.5 cm probably benign cyst and 1 measuring 0.5 cm in lungs. My Bone marrow aspiration result shows hypercellular bone marrow with M:E ratio 10:1. Please advise

Was a lymph node biopsy offered . You definitely need quick attention and treatment based on reports
