Hi doctor my name is ghanshyam... it's been 3 days ...i have fever with chills......i took tab pcm 500mg but there is no relief.....i have checked my wbc is 14000

U have to check ur blood like mp qbc dengue serology malaria. And the if fever is still persist admit in hospital and check for blood culture to look for organisams. So take table dolo 650mg three times a day and stay hydrated. Hand hygiene practices.
