  4. Fever with Chills. Medication to do?

Fever with Chills
My wife had fever with chills yesterday afternoon and after taking crocin and rest, she was ok. however, again in the afternoon today she complained about chills and she feels fever might come back again.. what could be the reason and what medication to do?
