Fever with cold
Since yesterday I am feeling cold and fever, so I have taken paracetamol & aughmentil 625 but after medicines effect over I face same problem again. What should I do?

I think you should add levocet 5mg daily for three days it will help in cold and paracetamol round the clock for two days till fever subsides pcm 500 mg for adult
