Fever with severe lower back ache
My wife is complaining of lower back pain from last 3-4 days. We assumed it to be general muscle pain due to overwork and applied some moov. But yesterday the pain got severe and she got fever. Gave crocin advanced and she slept through night, but now repeated bout of fever every 4 hours and with back pain.. please help.. what could be the reason ???

I would advise you to go to the ER so as to be evaluated further and undergo investigations such as CBC, Peripheral smear, Dengue IgM, Lepto IgM so as to find the underlying cause of the fever. So kindly go to the ER.
