Kindly get a COVID test done. Maintain social distancing, wear masks and handwash regularly. Check oxygen saturation regularly. If negative, you need to get some other tests done and take medicine accordingly :)

Gargle twice a day.
Steam 5 times a day.
Check oxygen saturation... If below 95 in room temperature get admitted.
