My daughter 5 years ols is suffering from fever. 5 mL Ibujesic did not work. What to do now?? When can I give new dose??

Can give 6hourly ibugesic. But i think you shoud prefer syp paracetamol 250 mg 5 ml 6 hourly. Along with can add T..zifi 100 mg DT twice a day for 5 days. Also give plenty of fluids
