Fever with stomach pain

Hi My daughter is suffering from fever and stomach pain. Fever is reducing after giving Calpol 250 but fever occurs after few hours...plz advise. No other symptoms Thanks

Fever in an infection is typically present for 1st 3 4 days so don't worry about fever. Keep giving calpol 250mg Keep the child hydrated And also if new symptoms develop and or child becomes lethargic or any new signs or symptoms develop than consult your pediatrician.
