Feverish feel, bitter mouth, body ache

Asked for Male, 37 Years

From last two days she is suffering from feverish feel (but no temperature on thermometer), sometimes cold feeling at night, bitter taste in mouth, body aches, piles with loss of blood, constipation from last 4 days, and increase in chronic coughing.. please advise..
