Feverish feeling
She is getting high grade fever around 104 F since yesterday night with shivering. Upon paracetamol it subsides for time being. Severe headache as well . Thanks

Kindly visit the nearest ER at the earliest so that you can be examined and undergo further investigations such as CBC, peripheral smear, Dengue IgM,etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
