Dear Doctor's,
My father's USG Abdomen & Pelvis report shows
Kidneys: Bilateral Kidneys appears normal in size, shape. They are at normal position and axis and smooth in outline. Cortico-medullary differentiation is normal. No hydronephrosis or hydro ureter is seen. No calculus is seen.
Right
kidney shows tiny mid pole cortical cyst of size 13.6× 9.4mm, no obvious internal septations / echoes / vascularity seen.
Few tiny bilateral renal concretions.
Is it kidney stone ? He doesn't have pain but feel heavy. Can you please advice treatment and for diet to use and avoid.
That will be help.
Regards
