Fibroadenoma is a benign tumor ( not a cancer) You need to do self breast examination regularly to know its growth rate. Small size Fibroadenoma can be managed conservatively it may disappear by its own no need for medication.
Next Steps
Go for usg breast after 3 to 6 months.
Health Tips
Self breast examination doesn't mean that it should be done on daily basis. Every two or four week interval is okay.
