Fibroidaema in Breast

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am a 29 year old unmarried girl. I have been diagnosed with fibroid in my breast few months back, though it's benign in nature and 3.5 cm. But i am very worried about it as i have tried homeopathic medications but no reduction in size. I want to know whether it is necessary to go for its surgical removal? I am also worried about the scar that i will have post surgery? will it be visible as i already had open heart surgery scar so i am not really in a position to have other surgery mark. Please help.
