From 2 days i m having swelling near my vagina in left side only Its in round shape swelling and in center its hard What is this ?

May be abscess or bartholin cyst or hair boil.Meet to gynaecologist and get examined by her.Do hot fomentation with antiseptic solution .If it is normal boil it will cure by antibiotics and pain killer but bartholin cyst only surgery.
