Sir my final question...
My eye sight decreased this year.
(Left eye:- Previously 4.25/ now 3.75)
(Right eye:- Previously 3.50/ now 3.25)
So...
Optician changed my glasses.
i changed my glasses with reduced number. And iam wearing new glasses now daily.
But there are no difference between my present and past glasses. Looking same then and now.
is it ok ?
Or it may lead to any problem in future?

If you are comfortable with old glasses then continue old glasses.

I told you that there is not significant difference between the two hence you can use the new one even .there will be no problem.
