Since 2 years I m suffering from chronic legs pain I have checked my vitamin d test it was 12 before 1 year.. Now I have started Issue of my hands my elbow wrist legs n shoulders pain alot.. N pain increases when I take rest or want to sleep..evn my nails n teeth are paining.. I have taken many medicines since 3 months BT pain is not controlling.. I feeling irritating n depressed bcoz I can't sleep well due to pain.. My body temp always show more than 99.7 evn 100..what should I do..some time I feel unable to do any wrk bcoz I can't evn properly stand due to pain in legs BT i do work n I feel more stressed

- First thing u need to do is to come over the stress and depression and be positive
- Females usually have vitamin and calcium issues
U can take an vitamin d injection of 60 lac IU ( Inj Arachitol) and
Take proper calcium supplements daily atleast 500mg per day ( Tab Calcimax) for 2 months then take a gap of 1 month again you can start calcium for next 2 months
( also take lots of water when you take calcium supplements otherwise it leads to constipation)
- You should get tested for Thyroid profile
- Do you have any other medical condition or do you take any medications on regular basis
- Also do you have joint pains , pain in small joints of fingers? Stiffness of fingers? Does the pain occur early in morning? Does the pain get relieved by resting or lying down?
- Do you see any greenish areas/ veins over ur legs ?
Do you stand for long duration while working?
- Mostly it could be because of Calcium and vitamin d deficency and once u take meds you will be fine
But still u need a proper evaluation to come to a correct diagnosis
