First degree burning

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Yesterday few hot oil drops fell on the upper hand causing a one cm length blister and 4 to 5 small spots on hand. I applied one OTC cream.worries about spots on the hand. Pease suggest something for blister treatment and spots.
