My baby has been exclusively breastfed for 170 days now. Doctor advised to give rice porridge as first food for her. I would like to know the procedure on how to make it suitable for a 6 month old. Can u please help me?

Rice porridge or uggu in southern India is famous just like khichri and dahlia in northern parts.
There is no rocket science to make it take a cup of rice and add four cups of water and steam cook for 5 whistle
then add daal paani and little ghee and feed.
