First time intercourse
I have had sex for the first time and I'm in severe pain. I didn't enjoy it or reciprocated at all. Ofcourse.. it was with consent. I have pcos and I feel I don't have libido at all.

Hello, pcos has no relationship as such with enjoyment with sex and lack of libido is loss of sex drive.
For first time intercourse, it is normal to not enjoy it, and have mixed feelings. And this doesn't last long, eventually one will start enjoying it.
But if the feeling remains same then it will need evaluation and treatment.
