Can I eat prawns (shrimp) During first tremister. What I need to eat or drink for better strength during pregnancy.

Nothing special is needed. No problem with prawn unless you have known reaction to them. Have healthy food. Moderate physical activity is also advised.

Any food taken in limits doesn’t affect you in pregnancy. When we talk about prawns you can take it unless you are allergic to it.

Hi. You can eat sea food if you are not allergic to it . To avoid oily and spicy food as it can cause vomiting in preg .
