Hi,
I am 7 weeks pregnant. I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy but I get dysentery weekly once for the past 3weeks because of which am losing weight lost 1kg so far.. is this normal during early pregnancy?

Increase frequency of stool?
Or any other symptoms

For Dysentery Take Tablet Taxim o 200 mg twice a day for 3 days
Econorm sachet twice a day for three days
Take Tablet Bifilac three times a day for three days
