Hi, First ultrasound of pregnancy is done around 6-8 weeks to confirm fetal position in uterus and to check heart beats. If Hb is low, iron supplements need to be started. Hb electrophoresis, test in blood, should be done to know the type of Anemia Train travel is safe. General precautions are - Avoiding heavy work. - Taking care of diet - Eating medicines on time. Please meet a nearby Gynecologist for further help
