I am 53 yrs diabetic & hypertension, 75 kg 153 cm ht. regular appx 2 hrs playing badminton in indoor, highly sweating.on 25th Oct i passed first urine in morning with blood.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for the KUB region and post void residual urine.
Rest and adequate fluid intake are the general measures.additional treatment depends on investigation findings
