Hello, My wife is 6 weeks pregnant. I heard a lot about mercury in fish and people recommended to avoid during pregnancy... Could someone suggest which fish are safe to consume and qty?

Fresh water fish is very safe in pregnancy. One of the good sources of protein . Sea fish is avoided by people as it is known to have high levels of contamination by heavy metals like lead and arsenic . But this isn’t proven . So have fish especially the large fishes . It’s rich in proteins and omega 3 FA and low in fats
