In fissure, is it safe to use pileum cream along with Jatyadi tail for healing of wound? And does Chandanaasava harden stool?

hi, fissure & IBS both are different but root cause is same . to get cure from these you must consult ayurvedic doctor so that we can treat you properly because complete case & details are required . 1)if its fissure then use jatyadi tail only . no need of pileum . 2) chandanasav will not harden stool ,but role of it in your case is minimal

You can use it And take sitz bath with hot water for 15 min thrice in day
