Fissure or piles
Because of workout I got pain in my left groin area after every checkup it was something nerve pain then I got treatment for this it got better but I got fissure after that and it's not healing first it used to bleed but not now hurts from inside! feels like a wound pain and I also got this fissure in left same as I had left groin nerve pain and I also have swelling in groin area where I had nerve pain now it's just swelling that's not going! And this fissure also have same left direction in anus when fissure hurts sometimes that left groin nerve also hurts I don't know what's happening is this nerve pain relate to fissure because I got fissure after that nerve pain and sometimes they both hurts together, and my fissure is not healing also this nerve pain is not going completely  hurts from time to time. I also had abdominal ultrasound for left groin area swelling but everything was ok, can anyone pls tell me what's this?😭 🙏 please it's been more than 1 month😭😭

Nothing  to worry,take tab bidanzen forte one tab two times a day for three days,and apply anobliss cream before motion,and syrup duphalac 15 ml at night for seven days if no relief please visit to surgeon

I think it would be better for you to see a general surgeon for your problem. He will do a physical examination, diagnose the case and  advise you accordingly.
Next Steps
In the mean time you start taking sitz bath.
