Fissure or piles
Can a person have fissure and piles at the same time? My doctor told me I have fissure and it's not healing even my stool is soft and hurts from inside so much I'm confused is that fissure or internal piles it's been more than 1 month and I had blood in stool 4 time after that it just hurts so much😭 when I'll be okay my doctor says if it doesn't gets better surgery is last option😭 how do I cure it hurts like wound pain. Is it sure that I have fissure can't it be internal hemorrhoids that hurts I don't know but I apply cream and take regular medicine but it's not healing😭😭😭 can anyone please tell me what's this and how do I cure it😭🙏 god will bless you please I'm in so much pain and stress😭😭🙏 I can't afford expensive treatment please tell me what is this😭🙏

Nothing to worry,if your fissure is not healing inspite of medical treatment please go ahead for surgery, surgery will relax your anal sphincter that improve healing  of your fissure , otherwise take syrup duphalac 15 ml at night and apply anobliss cream before motion

Take Tablet Pilex 2 Tablet twice a day for 15 days Syrup Cremaffin 4 spoons at bedtime for 15 days Anovate or Smuth ointment Three times a day- before and after defecation and at bedtime
Next Steps
Take a boiled egg daily Take 3 oranges daily along with mint chutney
