Fissure treatment
Befor 3/4 years ago when i go to the toilate blood came when stoole i ask to dr he say it is fissure i forget name but it is similler nowaday problem started blood not came but there are pain i am not sitting properly

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Yes it could be fissure in ano or piles.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
Tab. Trosera-D twice a day after food for 3 days.
Have a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids.
Sitz bath will help.
