Fistula problem
Got discharged coming out of anal area ,showed general surgeon said it's a fistula and said I have to undergo operation. Is there any other treatment without operation.

Hi
Depending on the fistula in ano Kshara sutra treatment can be planned after a analysis. This is the only alternative to surgery. Also chances of recurrence are less.
