Include sufficient high fibre food like green salad in your meals in a regular manner. Increase water and other liquids intake to atleast 3 litres a day. Drink warm water with one lemon and honey ( 1-2 glasses) daily in the morning before going to wash room. Avoid/minimise carbohydrates and fat in regular diet. Avoid non veg.
