Physiotherapy is always the first port of call. If, despite proper Physiotherapy there is no improvement in the extension, then investigate to find the cause and treat accordingly.
Regards.
It is possible with physiotherapy but if no improvement is possible even after a month of physiotherapy then you may require manipulation under Anaesthesia or arthroscopic adhesiolysis surgery
