Flakey and itchy nipples
My nipples are extremely itchy and have a blister looking rash on some areas but these "blisters" are very dry and flake of at times, I have been having the problem with the one nipple for about two months on and off and the other for about two weeks

This may be a nipple eczema. Consult a dermatologist nearby if it doesn't  subside they may ask for a skin biopsy to rule out any other condition
