Hello dr I see floaters in day but when I sleep at night I see some thing like flashlight in my eyes what's that is if dangerous if it's how to get raid of it I will be thank full with a good answer pls

Hello Flashes are suggestive of vitreous traction on retina I would recommend you to consult local retina specialist and get retina examined

Floaters are usually nonpathological.please learn to omit them.however please get your fundus examination done so as to exclude any retinal problem.
