Flashes of light are significant and indicate stretching/pull of retina are a more significant sign than floaters. One must get a dilated funds examination to rule out any retinal tear or hole.
Next Steps
Visit your ophthalmologist immediately for dilated retinal examination.
Health Tips
Avoid strenuous exercises and lifting heavy weights.
