I had a flat nipples and I have very terrible concern because I will do sex for the first time the day after tomorrow and how I will do breastfeeding if I get children. Another problem I have a narrow ass hole Is it be horrible in sex?

Firstly nipples can be made to protrude out once I are pregnant ,and having anal sex requires anaesthetic lubricants.
